The PGCB (Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board) is the state agency that licenses and polices online casinos in Pennsylvania. If you play Aviator, JetX or any other crash game for real money in Pennsylvania, the PGCB is the reason you can trust the result: it approves operators and games, and enforces the rules on age, location and responsible gaming. Official site: Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

What the PGCB does

  • Licenses operators. Online casinos in Pennsylvania operate under interactive gaming certificates linked to the state’s licensed casinos, and every game must be approved by the PGCB.
  • Approves games. Each crash game must be approved before a licensed casino can offer it.
  • Enforces player protections: 21+ age checks, geolocation, responsible gaming tools and fair-play testing.
  • Publishes the approved list. The PGCB lists licensed online operators on its website. If a site isn’t licensed by the PGCB, it isn’t legal in Pennsylvania.

Self-exclusion and help

The PGCB runs a separate interactive gaming self-exclusion program, apart from the casino-floor list. Sign up online at responsibleplay.pa.gov; operators can take up to 7 business days to update their records.
