What is max win in crash games?
The cap on what one bet can pay, expressed either as a maximum multiplier or a fixed amount. If a round would exceed it, the payout is capped.

In practice
Max win can be a multiplier cap or a cash cap per bet. Cash caps matter most for high stakes: a cap of 10,000 units means a R500 bet can’t win more than R5,000,000, whatever the multiplier reaches.
Example
A game with a 10,000x cap pays at most R50,000 on a R5 bet.
